Choose an online aerial yoga class for your own practice or study to teach with Carmen. AIReal 200 brings together 150 hours of Hatha yoga on the mat and a 50-hour hammock specialty. Graduates who complete the full 200-hour program may apply separately for Yoga Alliance RYT 200 registration.
