We are in a constant state of flow. Enjoying the process of the practice and witnessing your own progress as we unite the mind, body and soul. Use the breathe to stay connected during the transitions. Keep with the flow of the breathe in each posture, inhale refine, exhale sink in, inhale lengthen, exhale soften, inhale open, exhale close, inhale explore, exhale surrender. Always breathing, refining, searching, settling, deepening, growing, etc...
