Psoas Release II (Hammock at Hip Height)

Mantra
I am safe

Psoas can be tight from sitting all day, from physical activity like running or from past trauma. Past trauma can be debilitating your physical body and emotional soul. To heal it is important to work on connecting physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, along with releasing trauma. *Throughout the practice try to take long, deep breaths. By shifting your breathing rate and pattern you can stimulate the body's parasympathetic response, shifting to a calming response. “We pose to get into the Body, not the Body into the pose.”
