When we work in the hammock, we strive for balance and equanimity. So too, in our practice and in our life it’s important to recognize boundaries. Knowing where the line is between expansion and overreach, work and burden, can be the difference in how your order and connect to the world. In this practice, we connect to the hidden internal knowledge we all carry with us. We learn to listen to our body, noticing the messages it sends, feeling out it’s boundaries, and working up to them but not pushing past them.
